Reservation Policy
To reserve a chinchilla, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This holds your chinchilla for 14 days. If you need more time, extended holding is available for $25 per week.

Delivery Options
The standard meeting location for pickup is 3060 Gottbrath Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. I can personally deliver up to 100 miles away for $2 per mile. The last option is transport service. This cost between $250-$500 + depending on distance and available routes.
Rehoming
Our connection to our chinchillas is lifelong. Should you ever find yourself unable to provide care at any point in the pet's life, we offer a rehoming policy with no questions asked. We will ensure they return to a safe environment and find a forever home where they will thrive.
